We’re Hiring: Supervisor – Housing

Location: Najran, Bisha
Department: Engineering – Supply Chain

NADEC is looking for a Supervisor – Housing to manage employee accommodation operations and ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining housing standards, coordinating services, and supporting employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of employee housing facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and comfort
• Conduct regular inspections of accommodations, guest houses, and common areas
• Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, catering, and security services to ensure timely issue resolution
• Manage room allocations, check‑in/check‑out, and accurate occupancy records
• Handle employee accommodation requests, complaints, and resolve issues efficiently
• Monitor service providers and contractors to ensure agreed service levels are met
• Ensure compliance with housing policies, safety standards, and hygiene requirements
• Maintain housing records, inventory, and operational reports
• Coordinate with HR, Facilities, and Security on housing‑related matters
• Support employee welfare initiatives and continuous improvement in housing services

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in accommodation, facilities, or related environments.
