Key Responsibilities:
· Manage and maintain the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce website.
· Create, upload, and update product listings, including product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.
· Write, edit, and review product content in both Arabic and English.
· Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for customer experience.
· Manage promotional campaigns, discounts, seasonal offers, and special sales events.
· Update website banners, homepage content, and marketing materials as needed.
· Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and promotional activities.
· Monitor website functionality and identify technical issues or content-related errors.
· Communicate and follow up with developers and technical support teams regarding website improvements and issue resolution.
· Perform regular website quality checks to ensure smooth operation and optimal user experience.
· Analyze website content and recommend enhancements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
· Maintain consistency in branding, content quality, and visual presentation across the website.
· Prepare periodic reports related to website updates, product management, and promotional activities.
