Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Company Formation GRO (Government Relations Officer) to manage and execute company formation processes and post formation processes for international clients establishing businesses in Saudi Arabia. MISA licensing and foreign investment facilitation
Commercial Registration and regulatory compliance
Visa & Iqama Processing for foreign nationals
Government Portal setup & management
Corporate Bank Accounts setup
Client relationship management and consultation
Government liaison and documentation management


Key Responsibilities:


Company Formation & Licensing
Guide clients through the complete Saudi company formation process from initial consultation to operational status
Prepare and submit MISA (Ministry of Investment) license applications and manage approval processes
Handle Commercial Registration (CR) applications and renewals with Ministry of Commerce
Coordinate with Chamber of Commerce for membership registration and compliance
Manage post-incorporation requirements including VAT registration, GOSI enrollment, and tax registration


Client Management & Consultation
Conduct comprehensive consultations with international clients seeking to establish Saudi operations
Provide expert advice on optimal business structures (LLC, Branch Office, SJSC) based on client needs
Develop customized company formation strategies aligned with Vision 2030 opportunities
Maintain ongoing client relationships and provide post-formation support services
Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain transparent communication throughout the formation process


Government Relations & Compliance
Serve as primary liaison with Saudi government entities including MISA, Ministry of Commerce, and regulatory authorities
Ensure all company formation activities comply with current Saudi commercial law and regulations
Stay current with regulatory changes and update internal processes accordingly
Manage Visa and Iqama issuance for foreign nationals
Manage and setup Government portals and approvals on behalf of clients including Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, Absher, HRSD and others.
Manage document preparation, attestation, and Arabic translation requirements


Documentation & Process Management
Prepare and review Articles of Association, corporate documents, and legal agreements
Maintain accurate client files and ensure proper documentation for audit purposes
Coordinate with legal counsel, banks, and other service providers as required
Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to ensure timely service delivery
Develop and maintain relationships with key government contacts and service providers


Essential Requirements - Please review as applicants not meeting the below will not be considered:
University Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2+ years experience in company formation, specifically in Saudi Arabia or GCC region
Fluent English - excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic proficiency preferred but not mandatory)
Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi company formation processes, MISA licensing, and commercial law
Experience with government liaison work and regulatory compliance in Saudi Arabia
Strong client service orientation with proven track record in relationship management
Based in Riyadh 


Technical Competencies
In-depth understanding of Saudi business structures (LLC, JSC, Branch Office, etc.)
Knowledge of MISA investor licensing requirements and procedures
Familiarity with Commercial Registration processes and Ministry of Commerce requirements
Understanding of VAT registration, GOSI compliance, and tax obligations
Experience with visa processing and Iqama applications
Proficiency in document preparation, attestation, and government filing procedures
