Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly motivated Manager - Operational Readiness to lead and ensure the successful preparation and execution of operational plans for its ambitious projects. This role is crucial in guaranteeing that all operational elements are in place to support smooth project launches and high-quality guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and oversee operational readiness plans aligned with project timelines and organizational goals
Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and various departments to identify operational needs and address potential gaps
Conduct comprehensive operational readiness assessments to ensure all systems, processes, and resources are prepared for launch
Lead the development and delivery of training programs for operational teams to ensure readiness and adherence to standards
Establish and track KPIs related to operational performance and readiness, driving continuous improvement
Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent operational issues during project rollouts
Promote a guest-centric culture that emphasizes excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency

Requirements


 Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field
 Minimum 5 years of experience in operational readiness, operations management, or similar roles, ideally within the entertainment or hospitality sectors
 Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
 Experience in developing and implementing training and development programs
 Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
 Familiarity with Saudi Arabian culture, business practices, and regulatory environment would be advantageous
