Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Riyadh. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing and attracting candidates through diverse channels, conducting interviews, evaluating applicants, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role will also involve contributing to employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's appeal to prospective talent.
Qualifications
Proficient in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
Experience in Employer Branding to promote the company as a great place to work
Strong skills in Interviewing and evaluating candidates effectively
Proven expertise in Recruiting using diverse platforms and sourcing strategies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Previous experience in healthcare recruitment is an advantage
