Job Description:
Alfares Intl. Tents is looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Representative to join our Riyadh branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling projects, and generating new business opportunities.
We operate across Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Morocco, with projects throughout the GCC and European countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients
Meet clients to understand project requirements
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Handle projects from inquiry to execution
Prepare quotations and proposals
Follow up on leads and close deals
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project delivery
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and rental of tents, aluminum structures, and steel structures
Experience in the event industry, exhibitions, or temporary structure projects
Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to generate new leads and manage projects
Knowledge of GCC market is a plus
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Willingness to travel as required
