Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, for a Head of Business Development. The role involves leading the business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include creating and implementing business plans, managing sales pipelines, analyzing market trends, securing partnerships, and overseeing account management to achieve revenue growth. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals is also an essential duty.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and a strong ability to devise and implement growth strategies
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess market trends and drive data-informed decisions
• Proven experience in Sales and Business Development to identify and secure new opportunities
• Expertise in Account Management to foster and maintain client relationships
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience in the events or related industry is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with the regional market, particularly within Saudi Arabia, is a strong benefit
