Job Purpose: The Secretary will provide administrative support to the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication. This role involves managing schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with department initiatives.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and welcome visitors.Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries with professionalism.Supervise the recruitment of new employees, including training and mentoring.Organize and maintain files, databases, and records related to department activities.Support team members in project coordination and follow-up on action items.Participate in team meetings and document minutes and action points.Prepare a weekly plan that includes the agenda for the department manager.Required Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.+2 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
