Role Description

The Purchasing Manager will oversee and manage all procurement activities to ensure the timely acquisition of goods and services while adhering to budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing and implementing purchasing strategies, negotiating contracts with suppliers, managing procurement budgets, evaluating vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in procurement processes, vendor management, and contract negotiation
• Strong ability in supply chain coordination, inventory management, and cost control
• Analytical and decision-making skills for data analysis and strategic planning
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in using procurement-related software or ERP systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in construction or large-scale infrastructure projects is advantageous
• Ability to navigate legal and regulatory compliance in procurement
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage
