Job description
The ideal candidate will be involved with administrative work, handling shipments and all documents related to international shipping, preparing financial reports and statements, and bank reconciliations. Fluency in English is mandatory. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Proficieny with working on ODOO software is a must
- Tracking and handling shipments and all related documents (SASO certificates, etc.)
- Communicating with international companies for purchase orders
- Act as the main liaison point for day-to-day accounting business
- Registering/booking of all incoming invoices
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
- Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts
- Preparation, control and follow up of invoices to be authorised/ signed by the Director Head
- Check of monthly financial reports
- Report to management regarding the finances of company
- Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice
- Keeping up filing system for all types of invoices, reimbursement forms, statistics, daily bank transactions and other related matters
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10 years minimum relevant professional experience

- Ability to work in a high paced environment and to multitask
- Friendly and have the team spirit
- Ability to commit 8 hours working day
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Must be currently based in Riyadh, KSA
