Location: Riyadh, KSA

Working Hours: 8 Hours/Day (5 Days a week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Import Specialist to manage our international procurement and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and utilizing ERP systems to streamline the supply chain process.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in imports, logistics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo ERP (specifically Purchase and Inventory modules) is required.
• Languages: Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and verbal). Fluency in additional languages is a strong plus.
• Core Competencies: Strong background in procurement, excellent negotiation skills, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and track import shipments from origin to final delivery.
• Coordinate with international suppliers and freight forwarders.
• Execute and manage purchase orders and documentation within the Odoo system.
• Negotiate shipping rates and service contracts to optimize costs.
• Ensure all import activities comply with Saudi customs regulations.
