This is more than just a front-desk role — you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and clients, and a key support for our fast-paced internal teams.Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcomeManage incoming calls, emails, and deliveriesMaintain the front office, meeting rooms, and shared areas to a high standardCoordinate office supplies, snacks, and general admin supportSupport the People & Admin team with internal events and logisticsAssist in onboarding preparations for new joinersLiaise with building management when neededThe Perfect Match: What you bring1–2 years of experience in a receptionist, admin, or front-office roleFluent Arabic; English is a plusPositive energy, attention to detail, and strong communication skillsComfortable in a fast-moving, international environmentTech-savvy and confident using productivity tools Show more Show less
