Senior ERPNext Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗘𝗥𝗣𝗡𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿 with strong expertise in 𝗣𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗻 and the 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in ERPNext development, customization, and integration, along with solid exposure to financial modules and business processes. This role requires someone who can design scalable solutions, optimize ERP workflows, and support business-critical financial operations.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design, develop, and customize ERPNext applications using Python and Frappe Framework

• Implement and maintain ERPNext modules, particularly in Finance, Accounting, and Operations

• Develop custom apps, scripts, reports, and workflows based on business requirements

• Integrate ERPNext with third-party systems (e.g., payment gateways, logistics, external APIs)

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and security

• Handle database design, migrations, and data integrity

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, Product) to translate business needs into technical solutions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing ERPNext implementations

• Maintain proper documentation for customizations and integrations

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe Framework

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Solid experience in ERPNext Finance modules (GL, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Invoicing, Taxation)

• Experience with MariaDB/MySQL, REST APIs, and backend architecture

• Strong understanding of business workflows, especially in finance and accounting

• Experience in customizing DocTypes, Scripts, Workflows, and Reports

• Familiarity with Git/version control systems

𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

• Experience in ERP implementations in logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce domains

• Knowledge of ERP integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, payment systems)

• Experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) within Frappe

• Experience with cloud deployment and DevOps practices
