Role Overview
We are looking for a creative Product Designer to join our team and help develop unique gifting products. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetics, understands modern gifting trends, and can translate creative ideas into commercially successful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative floral arrangements and gifting concepts
- Develop seasonal product collections (Ramadan, Eid, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.)
- Create combinations of gift items such as boxes, giveaways, and packaging elements
- Work closely with operations and sourcing teams to ensure designs are feasible and scalable
- Research trends in floral design, gifting, and packaging
- Continuously improve product presentation and customer experience
- Finding suppliers to implement the designs
Requirements
- Experience in product design, gifting design concepts
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Ability to translate creative ideas into marketable products
- Knowledge of materials, packaging, and presentation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or e-commerce environment
Preferred
- Experience in flowers, gifting, events, or lifestyle retail
- Portfolio showcasing product or floral design work
