Job Description
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Organize appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with precision and efficiency.
- Executive Support: Remind the General Manager of important deadlines and conduct necessary follow-ups.
- Communication: Handle and direct phone calls professionally; manage and organize email correspondence.
- Court Hearing Coordination: Organize judicial sessions for the entire legal team, provide reminders, and follow up to ensure attendance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Draft, format, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Quality Control: Proofread and audit documents to ensure accuracy and linguistic integrity.
- Archiving & Filing: Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
- Information Management: Ensure all required information is easily accessible while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Reception: Greet visitors and clients with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Office Logistics: Order office supplies and ensure necessary inventory is always available.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing internal meetings and office events.
- Confidentiality: Handle all sensitive information and documents related to the firm and the General Manager with absolute discretion.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times.
- General Assistance: Execute any additional tasks assigned by the General Manager to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Qualifications:
- BA in Law .
- Professional English.
- Microsoft Office.
