Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Captain Waiter located in Jeddah. The Captain Waiter will oversee and supervise the food and beverage service, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service. Daily tasks include managing and training the service team, maintaining high customer service standards, coordinating with the kitchen staff for smooth service, and handling guest requests or concerns in a professional manner. Additional responsibilities may include ensuring cleanliness and compliance with safety regulations in the dining area.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to ensure a positive guest experience
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage handling and Food Service operations
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Ability to manage and train team members to uphold high service standards
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry preferred
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is an asset
