We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone and provide professional support until case closure. No prior experience is required — the key requirement is strong proficiency in the required languages.
Work location: Makkah and Jeddah
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate, clear information
- Handle complaints, document them, and escalate complex cases when needed
- Follow up on requests until resolution and ensure customer satisfaction
- Update customer data and record notes accurately in the system
- Adhere to quality standards and response time requirements (SLA)
Requirements
- No experience required (suitable for entry-level candidates)
- Good computer skills (email, data entry, MS Office)
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in the following languages:
- Urdu
- French
- Malay
- Turkish
