Job Summary
The Leasing Administrator supports and assist the Leasing Director in driving occupancy and revenue by managing daily leasing operations, weekly, monthly and yearly reports, attracting new clients, coordinating leads, and assisting with closing deals. This role combines administrative excellence with proactive client engagement, ensuring a smooth leasing journey from first inquiry to contract signing.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Client Acquisition
- Actively bring new clients to the compound through walk-ins, referrals, follow-ups, and outbound outreach
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person
- Qualify leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospects
- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads to convert interest into signed leases
- Support the Leasing Director in closing deals and achieving occupancy targets
Administrative & Operational Support
- Assist the Leasing Director with preparing offers, contracts, and lease documentation
- Maintain accurate records of leads, viewings, applications, and contracts in CRM or tracking systems
- Coordinate viewing schedules and ensure units are tour-ready
- Prepare weekly leasing reports and performance updates
- Send QR codes, application links, and required documentation to prospects
- Track approvals, contracts, and move-in timelines
- Maintain close relationship with companies
Customer Service
- Deliver excellent client service throughout the leasing process
- Act as a point of contact for prospective tenants until handover
- Address client questions and concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure a positive brand image of the compound at all time
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in leasing, real estate, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive mindset with a sales-driven attitude
- Comfortable working toward targets and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and presentation
