Data Entry

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry employee to join our HR department. The main responsibility will be entering, updating, and maintaining employee records and data accurately in the system. The role involves reviewing data for errors, ensuring information is complete, and maintaining confidentiality of employee records.

The candidate will work closely with the HR team to support daily administrative tasks related to employee data. The position requires handling large volumes of data, organizing information properly, and ensuring all records are updated in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel and HR systems on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong Excel skills (as most of the work will be Excel-based)
• Good English communication skills
• Good general computer skills
• Ability to handle and enter large amounts of data efficiently
• Previous experience in data entry or a similar field is preferred
