Collections Specialist

Government & Private collection officer (Located in Riyadh, KSA)

Job Overview:

Government & Private collection officers include discovering and pursuing new leads and connection prospects in Gov. (NUPCO) & Private hospitals & clinics, and maintaining customer relationship satisfaction. With excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products to facilitate the needed tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

A candidate must know & do the following:

• Conduct market research to identify potential leads with key leaders in various sectors.
• Must have existed list of clients in the Gov. (NUPCO) & medical private sectors with an accurate track record.
• Conduct daily visits & actively seek out new prospects to support the operational team.
• Set up meetings with potential key decision makers to convey company concerns and ambitions.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate messages and requests on challenges & situations.
• Can handle operational challenges & bottleneck.
• Participate on behalf of the company in meetings and gatherings.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Minimum requirement:

• 5+ years of experience with all Gov. hospitals (NUPCO) & private medical sector.
• Have a good exposure to all medical sector leaders.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
