Job Summary:
- Execute office support services tasks including inventory tracking, vendor coordination, and administrative support activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support office inventory management including stock counts and maintaining optimal stock levels
- Coordinate with vendors and follow up on office equipment and furnishing requests
- Provide administrative support for meeting arrangements, visitor handling, and logistical assistance
- Support daily reporting and call/complaint handling to enhance service delivery
- Assist with tracking of utility bills and payment processing status
