Job Title:
Human Resources Manager
Job Purpose:
To manage and develop Human Resources functions in a way that supports attracting talent, improving employee performance, and building a positive work environment aligned with the organization’s goals and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract and hire suitable candidates.
- Manage employee affairs, including contracts, payroll, leave, attendance, and personnel records.
- Supervise performance appraisal processes and support employee development and training initiatives.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle employee complaints and resolve workplace issues professionally and fairly.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and present them to senior management.
- Contribute to workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and make sound decisions.
- Proficiency in HR systems and related software.
- English language proficiency is an advantage.
