Project: Umm Al Qura Masar Project

Location: Makkah, KSA

Duration: 3 months (extendable)

Working Schedule: 8 hours per day, 6 days per week

Role Overview

We are looking for professional and customer-focused Ushers to support operations at the Umm Al Qura Masar Project in Makkah. Ushers will play an important role in ensuring smooth visitor flow, providing directions and information, and maintaining a welcoming and organized environment across designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide general assistance and guidance
• Manage crowd flow and ensure orderly movement in assigned areas
• Provide accurate information about locations, facilities, and services
• Support queue management and access control when required
• Report incidents, safety concerns, or operational issues to supervisors
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Follow site safety procedures and operational instructions

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service or events experience is preferred
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
