Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of the corporate social responsibility strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
• Manage and coordinate CSR programs and initiatives that promote community welfare, environmental sustainability, and economic development
• Engage with community stakeholders and assess their needs to inform CSR activities and investments
• Track and report on the effectiveness and impact of CSR initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Marketing, Communications) to ensure CSR initiatives are communicated effectively and integrated into the company culture
• Assist in organizing community outreach events, volunteer programs, and partnerships with non-profit organizations
• Maintain records of CSR activities, budgets, and documentation for reporting and compliance purposes
• Stay informed on trends and best practices within corporate social responsibility and sustainability
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in corporate social responsibility, community engagement, or related roles
• Strong understanding of CSR principles and practices, particularly within the context of large-scale projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
• Proficient project management skills, with a strong ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for community development and sustainability
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
