Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tendering Specialist, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end tendering process, preparing proposals, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement standards. Key responsibilities include assessing tender documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, and submitting high-quality, competitive proposals. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders and providing regular updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Tender Management and Procurement processes
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate project requirements and competitive opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Proposal Writing abilities
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tendering and procurement systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Previous experience in tendering or procurement roles within Facility Management industry.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required
