Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Real Estate Specialist. The Real Estate Specialist will be responsible for identifying and analyzing new real estate development opportunities, conducting site visits, and managing property transactions. Additional responsibilities include engaging and maintaining relationships with clients, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high standard of customer service across transactions and interactions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Estate Development
- Strong skills in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Background in Sales and knowledge of Real Property market trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in Riyadh’s real estate market is advantageous
