Role Description

This is a Full Time on-site role for a Receptionist Sales position located in Dammam. The role involves welcoming clients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Receptionist Sales professional will also assist in promoting spa services and upselling treatments or products as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage appointment scheduling, maintain records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact professionally with clients and address their inquiries
• Excellent Customer Service skills to provide a welcoming experience and build positive client relationships
• Attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of massage and wellness services is a plus
• Proficiency in using computer systems for booking and customer management
