Role Description
We are seeking a full-time remote Urdu Sales Representative to assist users in buying and selling vehicles through our platform. This role involves managing customer inquiries in Urdu, providing excellent customer service, guiding clients through the sales process, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also contribute to developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Urdu and strong proficiency in English to effectively communicate with clients
- Sales and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric approach
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to assist and engage with a diverse clientele
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience with e-commerce, online platforms, or technology-based sales tools is preferred
