Role Overview
This role works closely with the CEO to ensure effective time management, structured scheduling, and smooth follow-through on priorities. The Executive Assistant will help bring organization, clarity, and consistency to a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar and schedule
- Coordinate meetings and ensure clear agendas and outcomes
- Track action items and follow up with internal teams
- Assist with prioritization and daily planning
- Prepare summaries, notes, and basic reports when needed
- Act as a point of coordination between the CEO and internal stakeholders
