Role Description

This full-time role as a Student Support Officer requires you to work on-site in Medina. The responsibilities include assisting students with their inquiries, providing technical support, guiding students through administrative procedures, maintaining positive relationships to ensure a supportive environment, and addressing individual needs to enhance the student experience. Additionally, you will act as a liaison to address concerns and provide ongoing assistance to students during their time at the center.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to foster positive relationships with students and address their needs effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including both verbal and written, to ensure clear and supportive guidance and interaction with students and staff.
• Proficiency in Technical Support and problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot and assist with administrative or technical issues.
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess student concerns and implement appropriate solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role, ideally in education, training, or customer service, is advantageous.
• A proactive and empathetic attitude, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
