Job Description
1.Offline and online training work
- Trainees: sales team, distributors, resellers, installers, and promoters.
- Typical training scenarios: new product launches, new customer development, quarterly regular training
2.Online technical question answering
- Service objects: distributors, resellers and installers
- Deal with typical problems: installation problems, links, video playback, etc.
- Processing method: Facebook, phone, chat software.
3.Offline technical support
- Service object: distributors, resellers and installers
- Typical scenario: Resolve technical problems on site and resolve product quality issues
4.Translation
- Sorting out localized user guidance materials
- General issues, quick installation manuals in local language, and operation video shooting
5.Product promotion
- Typical scenarios: annual customer meetings, annual new product launches, industry exhibitions,
- Main role: product presentation, technical solutions, sample booth setting
6.App operation and promotion:
- Partner App: update the product material, promote the App to resellers and installers
Job Requirement
- 3-year experience in the technical support position .
- Have deep knowledge in IT/CCTV/Technology products.
- Familiar with CCTV ,smart home ,wifi Camera industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree of technical or related field;
- Good English and Arabic reading, writing and speaking;
- Good interpersonal, written oral communication and presentation skills;
- Customer-oriented;
- Accustomed to frequent business trips.
