Job Brief:
We are looking for (2) Key Account Specialist in Saudi Arabia who will be based 1 in Riyadh and 1 in Jeddah and responsible for the development and maintenance of sales in the territory of competence through the dealer network. He will have a specific sales target to achieve and operate within established policy guidelines. The role will focus on account sales management, regional dealer.
Job Description:
· Support our local sales channels and their local sales team in the assigned region in meeting Key account Sales .
· Perform effective sales visits to separate end users accounts .
· Establish Key Customer scorecard, monitor performance, and improve areas of concern on a continuous basis.
· Establish / execute a prioritized hopper of projects for continuous improvement at key customers.
· Perform Marketing activities for the division including gathering marketing intelligence, competition analysis, market share, pricing and studies on new products and potential.
· Lead projects for new products as per the growth drivers guidelines and working closely with Marketing and technical team.
· Work closely with Technical Service to keep building customer loyalty.
· Monitor the day to day commercial in-market performance of each dealer within a portfolio
· Regularly liaise with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
· Identify new stream solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services
· Secure dealer understanding of products and services offered by Kulzer
· Project management of the roll-out of all new contracts and services
· Provide industry leading environmental reports to superior manager
· Provide detailed information and reports to superior manager as and when required
· Daily liaising with other team members/dealers associates to provide information and maximize Customer satisfaction
· Promptly report to the team changes/trends in the marketplace as well as competitors' initiatives
· Keep activities costs under control
· Meet with clients to provide educate and promote the business through demonstrations, presentations and other initiatives in line with annual marketing plan
· Contact clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities.
