Summary:
The Account Management Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing sales opportunities.
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Act as the main point of contact between the company and clients
- Identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare reports on sales activities, account status, and potential opportunities

Candidate Requirements:
