Governance & Compliance Senior Director

Takamol is seeking an experienced Governance & Compliance Senior Director with strong, proven expertise in both Governance and Compliance to lead the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of our governance and compliance framework under the GRCC unit.

This senior leadership role is critical to ensuring that governance and compliance standards are embedded across the organization—minimizing risk exposure, enhancing transparency, and fostering a culture of integrity and accountability.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of a comprehensive Governance & Compliance Program aligned with internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
• Oversee end-to-end compliance reporting, including complaints, investigations, findings, and corrective actions, while providing strategic insights for improvement.
• Identify organization-wide governance and compliance risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
• Collaborate with all departments to review, align, and improve internal policies and procedures to ensure governance and compliance consistency.
• Support the development of departmental strategies aligned with Takamol’s business objectives and the GRCC mandate.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, Risk Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Extensive experience in both Governance and Compliance within corporate, government, or regulatory environments.
• Proven ability to lead governance frameworks, navigate complex compliance issues, and influence senior stakeholders.
