Responsibilities:
- Implements the department policies, goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Improves current customer relationships and assists in the development of new relationships.
- Ensures appropriate relationships with customers and prospects by monitoring and optimizing the number and quality of communications/activities.
- Ensures compliance with sales policies and business processes.
- Recommends and participates in the development of sales promotions programs and advertising strategies.
- Assists in the analysis of services and products competitiveness in terms of price and marketability.
- Analyzes the operating results of sales activity and recommends required actions, as deemed necessary.
- Assists in developing sales-related documented processes and implements new processes, as necessary.
- Assists in preparing sales forecasts and the development of projected expense budgets.
- Performs other such roles and duties as may be reasonably required by direct supervisor and related to the job nature.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing).
- 1– 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Sales or Marketing.
- Competent knowledge in English and Arabic, Spoken and Written.
- Customer Relations Management- Marketing Management- Sales Techniques- Negotiation and Persuasion Skills
