Role Description
This is a full-time Customer Services (خدمة عملاء) role located on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Customer Services representative will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, ensure satisfaction, and provide support through various communication channels. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer needs with professionalism, maintaining effective communication, and delivering a positive customer experience. The role is critical in ensuring customers feel valued and engaged with the services provided by Professor Clinics.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service-
Capabilities in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and enhancing Customer Experience-
Exceptional Phone Etiquette and communication skills-
