Tamheer Program – Human Resources Department

UCC KSA is pleased to announce the opening of the Tamheer Program for fresh graduates in the Human Resources Department.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Saudi
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Cumulative GPA of 3.75 / 5.00 or 2.75 / 4.00 (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• HR-related courses or certificates
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 years of work experience
• Meets all Tamheer program requirements

Tamheer Program Requirements (HRDF):

• Must be eligible for the Tamheer program and have not previously participated
• Must be registered in the (TAQAT)
• Must not be currently employed
• Must not have been registered in GOSI during the past 6 months
• Must meet additional conditions set by HRDF
