Role Purpose:
Manage the overall development aspects of Digital Channels.
Provide a convenient, efficient, and secure Digital Banking experience to existing and potential customers.
Implement strategic Digital Banking projects through the effective use of all available resources.
Identify innovative ideas by researching and analyzing the Digitalization industry and events.
Core Responsibilities:
Ensure maximum availability of all Digital Channels related services and supporting systems to avoid Financial, Operational, and Reputational Risk.
Maintain and review efficient Business processes, Standard Operating Procedures, and SLAs with other Business/Support Units.
Generate, review, and analyze Retail Digital Channels MIS and KPIs.
Monitor project progress and ensure proper escalation.
Lead the execution and maintenance of Digital Banking long- and short-term strategies, business cases, and profitability models.
Develop business requirements related to the technical development of a process or function in Digital Banking services
Manage initiatives and projects related to new/existing services and products.
Manage the promotion of new digital services and existing service enhancements.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer/Software Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, IT, or similar.
