JOB PURPOSE:
To manage the sales of the company's products in the center and to support the improvement of distribution networks, and ensure comprehensive availability of the company's products and services across the center to meet sales targets.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Strategic Contribution
Execute the annual business plan and targets and comply with the strategic agenda of the Sales & Distribution/Sales Operations to deliver Nadec's vision and mission.
Translate the strategy into operational business plans for the Sales & Distribution/Sales Operations and lead the performance and execution of those plans to achieve functional objectives and deliver the company's strategy.
Budgeting
Participate in the preparation of the functional budget and assess financial performance against the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues, areas of unsatisfactory performance are identified, and potential performance improvement opportunities are capitalized.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in any subject with a certificate in Sales Management.
Experience:
5-7 years of sales experience, including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry.
Knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.
